Adding boyfriend to a month to month lease
Hello everyone,
I'd like to get some opinions on my situation. What would be the best way to set this up? I don't want things to go bad and get stuck with some bad guy and his child that I can't get rid of. I have a 3 bedroom 3 bath single family home that has been rented to a single lady for almost two years now. She has been one of the best renters we've ever had. She started with a one year lease and now is on a month to month. She now has a boyfriend who has a teenager child and she wants them to move in with her. I know there are many different ways I could go about this. What would be the best way to set this up? I don't want things to go bad and get stuck with some bad guy and his child that I can't get rid of.
Opinions would be appreciated. Thank you,
Brandon
