Law enforcement, families displaced by home damage (floods, hail, snow, fire), people needing somewhere to stay while they find their new home purchase, consultants, managers, all need MTRs.

with Nevada uber low prop tax's and the gamblers subsidizing your rental properties its worth it to run all the numbers plus the homes are really easy to maintain where as in most of the deep south there is a ton of upkeep .. not only heavy rains but Hail wind and the like .. on top of that very nasty soils in many areas leading to extra maintenance over time..

I would probably use shingles, though, and consider doing metal if a hail storm took out the roof and there was some insurance money to subsidize the cost.

Here we get strong winds and hail so I do t know of anyone who has gone full out of pocket for a roof but that is written into our higher rates.  

Metal will last far longer, if you get large hail it could get slightly dented but that is about it.

So the revolution would have to supply enough bodies so that their dead weight is enough to push the government over.There has to be a limit to how many martyrs they have and it's hard to get a mob to keep walking into a hail of bullets as their comrades drop dead around them.

I know Tower Hill has competitive rates but often times will not include wind/hail coverage.
