Yes - GENTLY putting cash in the hands of the consumer and its employers would lessen the effect of a fiscal reset which HAD to happen once the Gov't forced Lenders to lend to those who simply could never repay.

One interesting twist to getting an IRA loan... the IRA can borrow from another individual's SDIRA, but this is a remote possibility since you say the "buyer is not real familiar with IRA laws..."

The reality: We didn't sign paper work, so there was no timeline clause, and there was no agreed upon total/completion renovation price or scope of work document.Be gentle with your feedback after reading this. lol.

When he finished sanding, he called me to tell me that there are 85 feet of wood that are beyond repair due to termite damage, and replacing those with oak will be an extra $500.So at this point I am thinking that this is too much for a rental given that the tenants are not going to be gentle on those floors.

Build on their idea of making it more recreational, short term rented cabins with a tourist twist, that way you can go commercial as a "camp" destination that has more appeal and lending history for a lender; and2.
