Buff state is located there so you have the potential for student rentals.

It is a great market and its closer for you.It's coastal and appeals to the history buffs.

Because there are newbies on BP who look to these kind of posts and feel they're inadequate...or who go and dive into dangerous deals in hopes of replicating this and end up getting scammed.If it's too good to be true,it probably is.I'm not a hater,I just like being the gentle voice of reason/caution in the midst of rabid euphoria.If it's a real deal,more power to him.But we don't know that until he gets back on his own thread and provides some meat on the bone.

It seems to be standing up well and it is super easy to buff/sand out cuts and burns {as we found out in the first 4 months}.One of the recycled glass counter is pretty funky, but not quite as easy to fabricate.  

You can find some on sale or gently used.

I'm currently seeking:General Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, Handy Man, General Labor, Painters, Floor refinishers, Landscapers.Trying to decide if I should tackle a complete reno as each apartment comes available or perform a buff and polish.  

The tenant in one unit has offered to buy it at $650/sqft with only a bathroom fluff and buff. 

If you need to replace a piece of allure, just hold a hairdryer close to the seams on low and be gentle with it, but the pieces will easily separate.
