Freezing?

I feel like i know the information pretty well but when i sit down and take the test and im re reading the questions i freeze up and pick the totally wrong answer.

Yes, definitely adhere to all applicable laws, but don't fall into a freeze either just because a tenant turned their pet into an ESA with the help of a website just before move-out.

Do stay away from ice dispensed (they will freeze up), just put ice makers with in the freezer part.

@Frank Hinck once I get the lead I get into searching for a contact I get in touch and kinda freeze from there I definitely need to network but again I’m just starting but I’m learning as I go

Had to do drain cleaning/routing within a month of move in once, had a furnace go down for good after another move-in, had pipes freeze due to the coldest February on record 2 days after I bought one-> was replacing an exterior door that weekend to keep it from happening again.
