I'm more of a low hanging fruit guy though, so maybe that's just me.

It can be a tough time for agents and investors alike right now but I do think there will be opportunities for investors and more importantly to help people out of tough situations they get put into.

I plan to enjoy the fruits for my 3 year long journey for a few weeks.

I find a lot of deals off market so there isn't a need for agents. 

Unbelievable - sounds like an attempt to steal private property (ie the fruit of one’s labor).

With their massive advertising they were picking up most of the low hanging fruit.
