It was all great until Google Wallet said I was using it for business purposes and shut down my whole Google Payments account, which meant Google Docs and Google Pay were suspended.

Another issue with the LLC is that, it's not very fluid, in that you may run into hurdles down the road when you try to refinance - but it does give you protection.On the apartment building side, I am currently closing on an 11 unit and in that case I would highly recommend the LLC / S corp structure for protection, liability and anonymity - it's just a higher risk investment. 

Meant to say how did you fund your other properties.

Also to further refine what i meant by Boston, I am foucsed on investing in South Boston, East Boston, Everett, Revere and Dorchester as I expect the greatest growth there.

Oh, I thought you meant they weren't disclosing it in their offerings.

Many times HCAD will be misleading as those numbers are meant for the district to tax you on and owner can get that appraised number down for tax purposes.
