Things are definitely getting tight with the virus and economic woes.  

Is the COVID-19 situation any motivation to get people to sell their homes any quicker considering how people have lost their employment due to this virus?

Recently my landscaper went under due to the loss of business from the virus.

Just went to close on a deal that was put on hold for about a month due to the virus and I am being told no one is lending.

Since this transaction fell through, are you willing to reduce your asking price to where it would make sense for the next buyer or hold on until the market get back to where it was before the virus?

I’m looking at a property where it was appraised and listed for 52k but since the the corona virus they have been lowering the price significantly to 36k buy price, the home needs some work.

A corona virus related distribution is still a taxable event.

What do I need to look for when buying a house if so? Who do I need to speak with other than a real estate agent? Is there someone who can tell me if my real estate agent is good or not?
