It's when someone wants to invest in Mexico or some other corrupt or drug ridden 3rd word country.

Hi All, I moved to the Netherlands last year from Mexico for my girlfriend.

But it may be he wants to just plain move to Mexico- do a dump and run. 

Hello BP community Jake here, just spent 2 years traveling building a hospital in New Mexico, realized 30 years of traveling and being away from my wife and kids is not something I want to do.

(Yes, I actually had a guest complain in a review about that....how can we be held responsible for the weather or conditions of the Gulf of Mexico??)

@Derrick E.The area is not the greatest however it is down the block from the University of New Mexico

I have had two trips to Mexico fully refunded, even though I opted out of insurance. 

I want to sell both to buy a house in New Mexico.

I also spend very little from this money as i am rolling it up to buy another property, we celebrate some, had a great dinner tonight, my annual minutes meetings are done in a tropical environment (mexico).
