The way I read 250.148 is it says, "all wire-type equipment grounding conductor(s) associated with any of those circuit conductors shall be connected within the box or to the box in accordance with 250.8 and 250.148(A) through (D)".250.148 Continuity of Equipment Grounding Conductors and Attachment in Boxes.

I needed to order equipment for my facility but because of my position, I didn’t work directly with the airmen.  

I know you have to buy equipment, pay employees, pay utilities etc, but a half a million dollars a year to pocket $75K? 

Perhaps it makes sense for your personal situation, but I use my cashflow to purchase other properties, tools and equipment (such as a lawnmower) I need to be successful. 

They will complain about the drying equipment, they will be in the way of the contractor etc.

My practice is to refer buyers to the websites listing qualified (InterNACHI or ASHI here in NM) inspectors and let them contact some to find out what inspections they perform, what special equipment they might use, how much they cost, are 2nd visits after repairs included in the cost and how far out they’re booking.The buyer books the inspections.Licensing is just going live here and so I will ensure buyers are given the opportunity to hire fully licensed inspectors.
