Sure, a small portion of the population has embraced it, but the general public is much too cautious to use it as a currency for common payments and banking.Remember, perception is reality.

I think BP would benefit and encourage more people to become active in real estate if there was a dedicated section for this phase of the business.A lot of the rewards in property ownership is retiring comfortable,one way to get there is suffer,live below your means while buying and risk, that's what we did and, I assume others as well.That being said there's to much talent and experience on BP to cover the rewards (retirement with money) that we should all embrace the conversation and teach each other the do's and don't.One thing is for sure'when your starting out in any business you can and will make mistakes,No problem.Retiring is a different beast,not a lot of room for error'sorta like you have one strike left in the batters box.You gotta make it count. 

I have helped TONS of complete noobs that were terrified of computers, and in record time they got deals when they simply stopped fearing these systems and embraced them.I'll upload a video in a bit explaining it all to you and anyone that wants to improve lead conversions.

Once this happens we are projecting the market will stabilize and we will see healthier 3% to 5% annual appreciation for the next few years.

The dividends tend to be a little healthier.  

People with 20% or more invested in each property are healthier and can press through the difficult times of a changing market, enabling them to recover and build wealth on the other side.Patience, Padawan.

Very impressive.It sounds ike it has ended up being as good as it could get for you.It sounds like you know what you are doing and you are going to go the extra mile and do what ever the extra work and sub contracting is  needed  to come out whole and  with some extra moneyNothing wrong with that and there is a lot right with it.You have embraced the extra job of monitoring this and sub contracting it and you are entiteled to come out of this  smelling like a rose.Good luck to you
