You can drive by to see if they are moving, but don't knock on the door, call, or text.

They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction,  I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

These are not nationally known locations, but still pretty popular drive-to vacation spots for Minneapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee and Detroit metros.

My MTR has had the best response thru the local MLS listed as “fully furnished minimum 3 months”.   

You also shouldn't drive over them with a vehicle.

You can see 100% occupancy from beginning of January thru mid-March, but at lower rates. 

Tenant  Fell thru a second floor railing , lived In the unit over 5 years , never once complained about the railing.
