Sumarkets are VERY distinct in Houston and can change RADICALLY within 1/4 mile.  

ADA governs PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS.Fair enough, That was just stated to point out there is a distinction.  

These all provide you a distinct advantage over others who lack them.

If you read the guidelines, there is very little distinction between a service animal and an emotional support animal.  

We sponsors have enough advantages, so whenever I can make a simple decision that favors the investor, I will.If your waterfall is calculated on IRR split tiers instead of an annual return, the order is moot because “return of” and “return on” are treated the same, without any distinction, simply by definition.

You also would want to discuss with the attorney how to hold title such as joint tenants versus tenants in common and the applications of both of those distinctions.

If I were the third floor tenant, I would not want incense  or scented candles coming into my apartment, either, as I am very sensitive to smell, but taking it to the level of threatening  a discrimination suit due to allergies is a huge red flag that you should take seriously.
