But I'm saying this is something that is much more do-able while you are younger and have less stuff, no kids and schools and kid friends to worry about disrupting, or need more space than a typical duplex will allow.

The con is more wear and tear and they can be disruptive to my term tenants (thus why I require STR units to be only in buildings that they can be somewhat cordoned off)
