I invested in my first property in 2012, and have had RE on the brain non-stop.

However, during renovation, I managed to fall in love with the house, and against my brain, I went with my heart (mistake) and restored the entire house- top to bottom.

Always thought the people who pass Texas laws should never meet in the summer time, you just get a lot of baked brains and laws to match.If you want to protect the consumer fine.

I plan to go to an auction (or more than just one) in the next couple of weeks just to observe the process and pick peoples' brains.

I'd take them to lunch, pick their brains, find out exactly what they were looking for.

Like I said,I was hoping to get this shortsale property using 90-day transactional lending and then finding a lender that would refi without any seasoning....I wasnt clear on that in my initial post. but i guess until i figure that out i will wholesale. and Raymond B. i love to chat with u more and maybe pick your brain.
