I could see no respond if 1 or 2 days.  

It can depend on the property, but owner paying the bills seems rare these days. 

I'm sure it's a little more efficient in larger cities, but my market requires up to 60 days to get approval.Lower your expectations with Section 8 tenants.

He browsed through the lease and recommended to use the 60 day notice clause in the lease to send a lease termination notice.

Sometimes I think, well maybe that newby is an expert at draining swamps....or they have a helicopter to reach the landlocked property and want to practice aerial concrete and building material transport.There was a guy on here the other day, challenging me that he could not possibly go look at all the "deals" he was going to buy in Florida for 10c on the $1. 

STRs need to be viewed from a 365 day lens so if the numbers work well then, you still can be successful.

Supposedly, after signing participation agreement (I haven’t seen the documents yet), you can pay it off next day and essentially just pay 100% of the first mortgage acquisition price.
