One of our quality standards for renters is that they are non-smoking.

Combination smoke/CO alarm, 10-year battery...AND a cinch to put up!

One of my favorite complaints was how they replaced a light fixture with a smoke detector which would only work when the light switch was turned on. 

And the HELOC is more of a "smoke screen"and would not hold up if creditors went to court or go ta  subpoena for bank records, unless money was drawn.

The acid down the field lines was smoking and gurgling , I put down abour 20 gallons and let it sit . 

Thirdly, the smoke detector didn’t work.

The only bad thing about that was that I was still in the dark and not really building relationships.

The evidence, points that, they went to smoke outside of the house(they don't smoke inside), and tossed a cigarette causing the fire, as the first started, right by the front porch.How would you approach this?
