Look for properties with poor curb appeal in a good area.

I am not a fan of the Schoolhouse Red Brick color but since the roof which is in great shape has White shingles I need to know what color to paint this Brick to make it have better CURB APPEAL?!?!?!

Skylights work best when on a curb 8" or taller to allow for proper flashing.

Thats where I live all the houses are near identical so that helps curb any guess work in my underwriting.

Also, you would get great curb appeal from a house wash and powerwash of flat work (walkways and driveways). 

And, as I stated above, I would be long gone by the time they showed up and I would ghost them as soon as I pulled away from the curb.
