Since you're in Destin, you might want to check with local firms that have experience with STR-heavy communities, as they’ll be familiar with the risks and requirements.

To me BPRE was more about the individual stories of the investors and how they operate, with the hosts sharing their experiences as it related to discussion.

My experience is that lots of house tenants, particularily moving from another house have appliances like frig, washer and dryer and like to bring their own. 

It has been my experience that if a buyer wants to buy worse than the seller wants to sell it’s going to be hard to get a good deal.
