One Cozy comment was that it does configure to automatically charge late fees. 

If I keep the balance over 15k or and pay 2 bills a month (or some configuration of banking) I earn a good deal of bonus points.  

These include combing through and acquiring as much knowledge as possible, listening to several podcasts, running property deal analysis using active listings and meeting with my realtor (he listed my house previously and so I have a relationship) who has configured me for MLS alerts for multifamily as well as non-multifamily alerts.

Many owners do the bare minimum and let the commercial tenant configure the space.
