Just started using Cozy this month. So far it looks like I'm going to be happy with it.
One thing that it is missing, that I would like is the ability to automatically charge late fees if rent isn't paid on time. (You have to add a one time charge if it's late). Not a deal breaker, but would be nice.
Alot of people complain about the deposit time. But as it tells you when the tenant posts the payment, it doesn't bother me if it takes awhile to deposit to my bank... unless the check bounces.
I was going to go with erentpayments, but you it looks like you need to setup a "merchant account" and pay a $30 setup fee, and there's minimum transaction fees etc.
Cozy didn't have any setup fees, or monthly fees, but they do charge a fee for credit card/debit card payments, to the tenant. ACH is free for both you and your tenant.
