Cleaning pay for your cleaners is going to be a big one, as well as supplies such as toilet paper and soap can add up too.

I have one who started as a cleaner but is capable of cleaning, painting, caulking, tiling, light electrical and plumbing.

From accidentally double booking nights on different apps, having the pool go stagnant for 2 weeks, house cleaners not meeting the expected standard.

@John Moore - I have wonderful cleaners in Chicago but not sure they will go down to Blue island. 

You're the one left explaining to someone paying $1000 night why your cleaners didn't show up, or interviewing bachelors who want to have the final blowout in your $1mil house, or trying to figure out if the new college grads wanting to rent your place will have a 1000 person rave in it...and you're left cleaning up the beer cans left over. 

Personally, I would just deal with it when you take it over, cleaner, simpler and will be less frustrating.
