-properties in the low 100s are going to be in more challenging neighborhoods. 

Likely this will be tied up in court for a while.Then I would guess they would give everyone time to do it.If they win their challenge then you would never have to do it.

The only challenge is that I’d probably need to hire someone to manage it while I’m not there if I do an STR, right ?
