Show them how much you already lost due to their incompetent management and sitting vacant for six months.If they insist on pushing this, file a complaint with the state licensing board.

I am looking for an investor friendly title company in Lake County, Indiana as well, watching the board.

We have had a project on the drawing board for about 5 years, just had other projects that outweighed it. 

We have REISift as a CRM and use what's referred to as "Siftline boards" to create flows for different teams members (i.e. lead management, acquisitions, transaction coordination, etc.) and automated tasks are set up depending on where the property falls on the Siftline board. 

There are a lot more nuances to it that would make my reply several more paragraphs.I'm on the board of CFRI, the local REIA here in Orlando and we've had a few speakers come thru on this topic, like Dixie Decker and Jeffery Taylor.

I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.
