Hello, I've been searching for rental properties on zillow and Facebook marketplace for months now for decent properties with landlords willing to rent their property out and have been getting nothing but quick No from Realtors, and PMG's.

We recently placed a duplex up for rent on Zillow, FB Marketplace, etc and on the description I clearly have the  minimum requirements listed (600 credit score, 3x rent etc).

Furthermore, the inspection must be performed by a certified liquid waste hauler and dated within six months of the sale.Additionally, there's a mandatory reporting component: liquid waste haulers are required to submit the inspection report to county health officials.

I recommend starting with a certifying association such as InterNACHI, ASHI, NAHI, etc.

Right now, I've just been using Facebook Marketplace. 

There can be some great deals new (that typically include install for a reasonable fee) and also I've found some awesome deals on FB marketplace.  

I found this other group called Certified Tax Coach (https://www.certifiedtaxcoach.com/) that help with tax strategies and tax savings. 

Every day I do a quick search on the MLS, Loopnet, KSL (Like CraigsList), Mobile Home Park Store, and Facebook Marketplace.

This guy is a certified SCAMMER.

Many private REITs are less volatile due to the fact that they are valued quarterly by private institutions rather than in real-time (with forward projections and assumptions priced in) by the capitalistic marketplace.
