@Michael Borger@Michael Mazzella  hey guys was just in your hood last week.my partner lives in Kahala right by the CC there ... and we want to stick our toe in that area.. looks like a lot of infill and higher end rehabs... we also looked from Kahala going toward downtown .. lower price point but looked like tons of older homes needing work.I saw a lot of multiple homes on single lots... or it appeared that way.whats your thoughts on that specific area?
