hi -Recently, I found out about tax appeal for my properties (thanks CC Wong).

We ended just giving up on fighting them and are stuck paying these high interests cc now that they've kicked in.

My team is rocking over here and I have decided to move to San Diego to open another branch of CC Solutions there.

In the southern Altadena just east of the 210 it quickly turns into a C/C- neighborhood for some reason.

@Michael Borger@Michael Mazzella  hey guys was just in your hood last week.my partner lives in Kahala right by the CC there ... and we want to stick our toe in that area.. looks like a lot of infill and higher end rehabs... we also looked from Kahala going toward downtown .. lower price point but looked like tons of older homes needing work.I saw a lot of multiple homes on single lots... or it appeared that way.whats your thoughts on that specific area?

In my analysis I always include purchase CC as well.  

The only catch might be if using a CC cash would affect your ability to get a mortgage on the property.

The self directed ira (is still funding), the liquid is our emergency fund, the CCs are empty and we have the ability to pay the high payment (the difference between cash flow and minimum cc payment) until it’s refied to permanent financing.

This process also requires you to select what property the receipt is for, what bank or CC you used and what account it should charge this expense to.
