I've recently come across your pod casts on YOUTUBE which has got me "hooked" listening to a number of them while catching up on my DIY jobs around my property here in the UK .I'm currently a landlord here in the UK with a Portfolio of Buy to Let properties but have a Daughter her Partner and Grandson Living in Kirkland that we visit regularly .

That being the case, you might need to cast your net wider and be open to different sources.

There are still good deals here, although a lot of my clients cast a broader net and look at multiple neighborhoods.

Is there a cast iron sink?

Clay, cast iron, galvanized steel, likely will need to be replaced to PVC or pex throughout.  

I'd be interested in contractors in one of the following categories:- Electrician (complete service upgrade)- Plumber (replacing cast iron pipes?)

I have read the books and listened to the pod casts but need to see it first hand.

Look at the neighborhood, are all of the houses in the area older and have cast iron rads?
