One of my other properties appears to be headed that same direction. 1 week late, 2 weeks late, check bounced, etc.

@Jeremy Taggart thank you for the advice man, that’s one thing I would say our team has struggled in because we kept bouncing from Allegheny to Westmoreland county and back so this has helped tremendously!

I really think we need a meetup in the area or find a way to bounce ideas off of each other, haven't seen anything close to the area.Anyway, what ended up happening is that after talking to my realtor and other people in the area, the main issue seems to be that the value of the property went up so much since it was last sold...and that upon my purchase, the property was immediately appraised at being much higher. 

If it doesn't either way Id be happy to be bounce off ideas.
