We've never taken anything out of the company's account to pay ourselves, although we've used it on a couple of occasions for educational purposes. 

@Arun GokhaleI am also new to syndication deals and have found one of the best resources thus far in getting started being the information that @Michael Blank puts out on BP (just search his name and his articles will populate) and also check out his website http://www.themichaelblank.com/ He does a great job of walking through all of the steps from analyzing deals, networking, finding leads and closing deals.

He was a master at throwing out the occasion comment and catching people off guard to catch them in a lie and prove his theories.

You're getting good traffic and thats usually a good example of being priced right.But if it continues, you might want to lower the price and/or start asking some of these people point blank why they decided against renting it.  

I also have lost employment on more than one occasion.

I've only filled two rentals on three different occasions, but Postlets gives me the best results by far.
