I would also suggest doing a "Tenant Education" session where you go over the lease with each tenant so they understand what they are agreeing to.Regards,Clint C.

Hey Wayne, go to the courthouse during auctions and hand out bussiness cards, you can also attend Karen Rittenhouse's dealmaker sessions, they happen the first Tuesday of every month at the airport Marriot at PTI, it's totally free to attend, I just went to one yesterday.

I never got the chance to capitalize on the initial offer.My question is, should I stay with the program and attend the Real Empire event(valued @ $5K) and work with the pros in my program for a few sessions OR take a partial refund of about $7,000, get my estate license and bootstrap it with my local resources?

The initial lack of people attending the open houses was a combo of a few things (school in session, trial and error for automating and improving processes, price which we then reduced, 2 bedrooms).
