I'm looking at purchasing a motel that was converted to 10 long term rentals.

I imagina that you guys want to encourage the best behavior that benefits the community.You guys know who the biggest posters/repliers are.

Method of choice was looking for potential properties online using redfin then when I had run simple numbers I would drive by each property and its neighborhood and if it was worth pursuing, I would schedule to see the property through the selling agent.

Was hoping to find if cost segregation could offset or reduce tax liabilities on W2 income , which looks like it won't unless we are RE pros or it's a short term rental.
