If you take it from them make sure to call and verify it's authenticity.

I'm all for someone working with us and making money but it's hard to distinguish authenticity and I'm not sure who exactly does these things.

You won't be able to convert it into a modern floor plan and I think thats okay - I'd keep it authentic for the most part. 

You can probably get the price lower if you don't use a 1st class stamp; however, it reduces the authenticity of the Yellow Letter if you do this.

Does Bigger Pocket fact check or verify the authenticity of individuals they bring to there Podcast?

Additionally, it makes those of us who run clean business even more desirable I would think and higher quality investors will seek out those deals.From a wholesaling standpoint, it's a hell of a lot easier sell to an investor who trusts your deals are authentic, consistent and accurate.  

@Elliot Terekhin call the doctor office and speak with the dr directly or with the nurse and verify the certificate is authentic.

I just realized that I should have done so earlier, but unfortunately I only later at my age I have realized that I need to become multi family investor/landlord.I am looking for authentic  advice from current multi family landlords who happen to be living in Westchester County area in Yonkers, or Mount Vernon NY or other areas of Westchester County or maybe even Fairfield County CT... 

there's a lot you can learn about the fundamentals of an investment deal by buying & maintaining your own home.Now - the issue of whether to dive right in or *****foot around taking classes - it's WAY better (in terms of learning) to "be like Nike" - just do it!!
