Keep in mind if you are borrowing in FL, you will pay transfer taxes on each movement from entity to personal and back. and I am not an attorney, but you do want to talk to yours about when the moving back and forth does to your claim that the LLC is a not a sham business and not allow your corporate veil to pierced. 

It is a shame it came to that but I do think the moratorium and pandemic have had a profound impact on mental health and the thoughts and actions of the mentally ill.

I read your post above three times, and I'm still looking to find where in it you stated anything that could be otherwise categorized as a specific failure...unless you include your attitude,...which by the way every other person that was, is now, and will be in the military in the future would be ashamed of. 

It would seem to be a shame to ruin your relationship with him and a marriage to boot for a total misunderstanding.

Also, I am a fairly avid reader so I'm ashamed to say I haven't read How to Win Friends and Influence People yet.

It would be a shame to have a couple bad guests in a row that force you to repurchase expensive items or risk your relationship with the property owner and be back at square 1 because of wanting to be hasty.

They used audita querela so many times that the legal aid lawyer herself was ashamed - the tenant refused to comply with every negotiated settlement as agreed to in front of the mediator. 

And now I almost feel ashamed of my wealth when I’m around my family or friends.
