It's a pretty funny conversation, guess some dude heard me on the radio talking about some insane anti eviction book with some ultra left wingers & was highly offended by my opinions.

One of our <<<C-class properties brought tears to a woman needing a home so she could escape her low income Guvt run ghetto slum.So their anti-landlord 'walk to the guillotine' implied violence and pathetic socialist theories fail under Occam's razor, they're certainly not buttressed by it?

The post seems to be more a dog whistle as you'll see in the comments on FB (where I found the ad as they're running ads to it)https://www.facebook.com/nytimes/posts/10151937031769999Most of the commenters are 'anti investors' who are complaining that it's hard to find affordable homes anymore.

  - charging any extra fee for verifying service animals risks running afoul of anti-discrimination laws.

Why bother with the tax law, the horrible court process, and the anti-landlord legislation.

I'm astonished by the number of people on here who are anti-rich.

All my people that I love and support and cheerlead for (Every small business in America) have been decimated, we have no idea of what impact this will have and our current climate seems to be a bit anti business)  (I could go on but I will step down from my soap box- do not get me started)  

This is a RE forum, but when anti landlord people attack and are malicious and without any fault to myself, I disagree with you.

Anti-landlord laws and bad tenants have taught us a lot, particularly that there are much better areas for cashflow with a lot less headache!

And with the city seemingly so anti-Airbnb, you still have to worry about the regulatory certainty.
