I'm not a sportsball fan, but I'll take any reason to celebrate in the current climate.I am new to investing, and apparently new to the internet, I posted my last introduction post in Real Estate News and Current Events. 

It’s more of a long term marketing strategy but is extremely cheap and others have had great success building a lot of momentum with it and becoming a “local celebrity”.

I like the recap and given the challenging year for many, it's nice to celebrate the successes.

My purchase was a SFH that I rehabbed myself and plan to move out and rent when my 12 month anniversary rolls around.

I house hacked at 24 while getting my Masters Degree, had some options to sell at a great high point, didn't because of all of the memories that I had there for celebrations with my late mother, ect. and ended up having to hold onto the property for much longer during the downtimes ect.

We are celebrating our 60th year of the Society Of Exchange Counselors this year.
