Narrowing how you want to invest should hopefully alleviate some stress. 

A cap alleviates the need for limiting the choices. 

How about people that abuse drugs or alcohol? 

I think the WYZE wireless will be a good interim budget solution but I don't think it will prevent loss of property or alleviate the concern without the accompanying lock on the basement door.

I haven't found much of value after a move out or an eviction (well, my son and I once found a packet of what we assumed were drugs and I suppose the tenant would have found that of value but we presented the stuff to our local police instead) but I am a big one on recycling intact furniture to our local Habitat and Catholic Social Services organizations to avoid good stuff ending up in the landfill and donating canned goods to our local soup kitchen. 

A place where drugs and crime are high.

I am always surprised when people want to sue drug companies because the effect was not what they expected. 

We are identifying non-profits to contribute to that help people who are drug-addicted and homeless since we are not equipped to serve them properly through our real estate investing.
