A low income borrower that obtains a municipal loan or from a non-profit for modifications for ADA access or a sewer line, where debt may be forgiven over time as that gives the lender the ability to require a longer occupancy requirement in consideration of the unique terms.FYI incase someone thinks they can make a standard type loan and require an owner to live there forever, that restrains owner's rights in title, the ability of the full use of the property.

Yes, rent rate per sq foot, but you also have to offset that with extra hallway space which doesn't make money, premium pricing for first floor or near elevator, Large sizes closer to elevator and smaller sizes away, larger sizes on first floor and smaller sizes higher up, ADA compliant hallway/door width/elevator sizes, cart sizes, cart corner bumpers, foyer area, any box/product sales (sqft taken), placement of elevator in the building to minimize distances, structural wall and beam placements,  etc.
