We feel having a $1200 mortgage (currently $600 less than what we currently pay), building equity, possible rental opportunities, room for hobbies and pets, and the knowledge gained by this project may be worth the risk as long as we can accommodate the major repairs (roof, septic). 

Site built will always be more flexible in being able to address a specific challenge a site may have because it can be built piece by piece to accommodate that challenge. 

We are looking in an area that would accommodate young families and working professionals 26-40.

We will be living in the house and will be paying rent to accommodate the 1031 exchange.  

Does anyone know a good accommodator in Arizona? 

I look for homes with floorplans that will accommodate while still maintaining a sense of cohesions and flow.The home is rented by room.

The funny thing is that if one of these people decides to push and are a protected class he will have to make accommodations under the law for their disability.  

So if it's a long way's out, we know to extend the contract to accommodate a late appraisal.

If they are denying access for measurements, as the agent on the other side I would try to accommodate any requests if I can’t let the buyer in and get the measurements myself.

This is a 100+ yr old brownstone, the layout of the basement does not allow for storage cages and with the 3 boilers, water heaters, and where the utilities/sewer line etc are arranged there isn't a way to accommodate storage without blocking access to the circuit breakers, meters, or the basement's bulkhead doors.
