A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

It will probably be helpful to share our knowledge and work towards the same goal.I’m also open to helping out in other areas to gain experience/knowledge in the field so if you need a hand please don’t hesitate to reach out.Looking forward to meeting you all and excited to join the Bigger Pockets Community!

It may change state to state.I recommend joining your local ULI group (Urban Land Institute).

They just announced they were bought out by Bigger Pockets and will be joining the company under the name PassivePockets and I can't wait to continue to learn with them.Given the required time and number of transactions needed to get the right people for these I do not have the time to do it.  

I suggest you read Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth, published by Bigger Pockets and then join the Facebook group by the same name.
