Hi everyoneI have been researching markets and I had mentioned in my previous post I was interested in investing in the mid west.

The main hurdle that many of our borrowers face are the income aspect of it, especially expensive markets like the West coast.

@Chris LammBoynton Beach Florida is on point, located right between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm beach.

Mostly in the midwest, southeast and south west.

I would keep my eyes and ears open to Denver Heights (west of Walters), Highland Park, and Riverside!

I am about to be under contract for a fix and flip in the near west suburbs of Chicago.

Been listed for sale at least 3 months.I don't have comps anywhere near me but I found a similar facility for sale in West Virginia with crappy visibility and settlement issues for $4928 per unit--all unrented.

As far as location, it is very sought after as it is is very close to the airport, easy access to the Space Coast on the 528, the 417 will take you right to Disney and downtown is just West on the 408.
