Realtors and other small time investors have told me Miami is too expensive so I went north to Fort Lauderdale and the only areas I seemed to like was Victoria park, Las Olas and Wilton Manners but the prices are really high over there too.

I am also point blank about how value for our dollar leads to more work for them.That said, I also go out of my way to try and plan my major projects during their traditional slow times (i.e. not between Victoria Day through Thanksgiving) which they appreciate and it reflects in my costs.
