I currently own 3 units and looking to add to my portfolio in late spring/early summer of 2025.

Was the condo a good size unit and in good condition?  

In Ohio you can find a lot of single family in the $100-200k range or 2-4 units in the $150-400k range that do pretty well cash flow.

thethat is really weird language but the way I read that is if rent is $1550.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Plymouth.

One thing I continue to think about is how valuable 2-4 unit properties are becoming, and will continue to be, since Fannie/Freddie took the income restrictions from the 5% down conventional loan option for house hackers. 

I don't have a lot of experience selling properties but I have thankfully got my hands on two rentals, with 4 and 6 units. 

Seems to be decent on Airbnb with the guest house/ADU units with all the hospitals nearby.
