I did this all through my teenage years.. pick them up in San Jose drive up to the SF walk them 6 hours drive them back hand them 20 bucks.. they go buy their mad dog 20 20 pack of smokes and 3 bucks to flop and the Y.. or the Osnan center in down town SF..

I felt bad because the lady had a teenage daughter but when she asked me about renting out the club house for her daughter’s birthday party when she was 2 months behind in rent I lost it and decided I wasn’t going to be nice anymore.

Having said that, it was 19 years ago when he was a teenager and hes clean since then - so, assuming there aren't salacious new details that emerge, I'd give him the "zero tolerance" talk and rent to him.

It is a sort of evolution where you hire and fire until you find one that provides quality work at a reasonable price.The guy I hired and fired this week thought it best to simply paint over Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle stickers rather than remove them (this was one of the more humorous problems I had with this worker).I'm currently searching for: Tile Installer, Painter, Plumber and handyman for small repairs ...or a good contractor to handle the project.
