I live in the Mount Dora area and am most interested here and in a few of the surrounding cities. 

I am going to try to articulate my curiosity the best I can, so here we go...I am young but have been blessed to be surrounded by a few good sponsors with their own teams in place, and they have told me when I come across a "good Deal" I can send it to them and be a part of the deal (75unit+ apartments).

I would add to everyone's point you want to find your strengths and what you bring to the the table and then surround yourself around other people who can help you with the gaps  You're going to need deals, contractors and capital.
