You must use a PMS and for the software to work you'll need to own the listings, which means you'll need to also collect all the funds, so owners' rents don't get deposited in the wrong account (Yes, Airbnb makes that mistake all the time!!).

MF with many garages to convert to ADUs, parcel splits, full on development, coop/tic with the resources to handle financing challenges, etc.To raise money in this market as a newby will also be challenging unless you can get it from friends and family.

I liked real estate so I got licensed, worked on a bunch of different RE strategies, started developing and managed to get myself stretched thin very quickly again, I basically made the pendulum swing way too far and had to consolidate again to find my path.

Is anyone else developing in this space?

Hi @Mark Hafner, we are active in the Spanish real estate market and have been developing several real estate projects in the last few years in the Valencia area (Valencia city and the Costa Blanca).

I had grown very close to him and had developed a great deal of trust for this person.

Hello Brad,I currently use Tenant Cloud as my property management software.

Their customer support is terrible and some of their software, but they have about 8x the site traffic in general than Airbnb and VRBO combined, surprisingly.  

I'm looking at it on my rental software and there is also a fee for it which is the main deterrent for me currently.
