It puts the well casing above ground level,,which is MUCH quicker and easier to work on.I was going to , but with this well has steel pipe instead of plastic .I have the parts to do it , but time constraints didnt allow me .

If you went to a doctor for surgery the doctor doesn't solicit the patient for help and if he does then you might want to find a better doctor!
