This guy took advantage because he saw an opportunity, if he sees that he was mistaken and his tactic isnt going to work he might straighten himself out.. might and might not .. in my opinion it's worth it to see if it can be corrected

@Jaleel Phillips To elaborate more, most lenders that I have met (on websites such a privatemoneygoldmine.com and CIX investors) ask for wire transfers, personal information such as SS #, etc and just other shady tactics that let me know from what I have learned that they are just not serious lenders.

Part way through up until now, I have sort of, switched gears to focusing on redeveloping my mindset on how I approach talking to people, dealing with money, negotiation tactics, and financial empowerment.

Through all of this education I have become passionate about implementing real estate tactics to begin my journey to financial independence.
