We are on our 4th Flip now and want to grow our company but we need private money.  Not sure how to find private investors, What are the steps others have taken to find private investors?

We invest exclusively in the Southeast, where we can gain an additional 2-3% in returns simply by changing geography.  

@Mike LaCava is a member here and one of the authors on the main BP blog.He's also is a very successful local investor down in the south east part of the state and runs that meetup in Plymouth.  

Trans Union tends to be West, Experian tends to be Southeast and Equifax tends to be Northeast.  

After hearing stories about what houses were gang house, what houses were patched up from the bullet holes from a drive by, and other shootings in the area I decided it may not be quite what I was looking for.Going southeast down del paso towards downtown Sacramento (hwy 160 I believe?)
