I suspect that a few moderators will be needed to boot out the people like the one that posted all lose gain muscle posts in the RE Success Stories the other night.  

Is this just by moderators, or is there a trick to it?

Is a short sale with (at least) moderate mold financeable? 

If you have proof that one or more of the wholesalers is scamming the seller or doing something moderately unethical, then by all means - do something about it.

I am fortunate enough to have a moderately well paying job, and combined with still living at home, leaves me room for investment.

If this is the case,  remove any vinly top layers then use two coats of BIN alcohol based shellac.  

I've spent countless hours on their forums and they have moderators and contributors who are very experienced in the industry.There are a lot of websites like FreeCreditScore.com and CreditKarma that have a lot of feel good ads and appear to offer free credit scores.  

There are many neighborhoods which have a ton of inventory from 5k-30k, some even requiring a moderate rehab.

I mean it was because of the “unsafe condition” of the rental dwelling and not the massive quantities of alcohol they imbibed that was the cause, right?
