Currently own my primary residence and 2 investment properties are a beach condo (short term) and single family home (long term rental).The problem is I run a successful business and have no time to do the research in new markets, deal flow, upgrades, making sure cashflow, property management, etc.I am also not a real estate professional.

Clients in the mountains outside Denver and outside Colorado Springs get at least a higher percentage of bookings from VRBO.To me, that's always been the case -- cities are more Airbnb, resort areas (mountains/beach) are more VRBO.

That means summer sailing and beach walks is alternating with winter hiking in the superstitions. 

I live on the beach in FL and do all my biz for many years in the Cleveland markets, deals everywhere.

I'm interested in buying STR properties in the Carolina coasts, including Myrtle Beach and the Outer Banks.
